    Hi, 3. With a supply current of 17mA at +/-15V heat dissipation is about 0.5W. This can warm up the LM675. See the chapter "POWER DISSIPATION AND HEAT SINKING " of datasheet. Another reason is that the LM675 is oscillating. Kai
