Part Number: LMH6503 Tool/software: Hello support team,
My customer would like to set IRG lower than 1.7mA. What problem will happen in this case?
Background: They observed oscillation when RG=130ohm, RF=130ohm, and VG=-1V with no signal input. Increasing…
Part Number: LMH6503 Hi,
Just a question about the LMH6503 and running it in a single supply configuration. On page 22, figure 65 there is a circuit shown for single supply operation. When I duplicate this into TINA TI I am not seeing any gain functioning…
Part Number: LMH6503 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH730033 A question about using the LMH6503 VGA in a high impedance application.
In the app note AN-1808 LMH730033 Eval board, this is a circuit listed page two. It is meant as a 50ohm load to the…
Part Number: LMH6503 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BUF634A Hi Team, Our customer finds most of the LMH6503 spec suitable for their application requirements, but they need to produce an output of ±5V (VS = ±5V) at 100Ω RL. The datasheet shows…
Part Number: LMH6503 Hi, i am a student and doing my first laborate design, its main application is a two channel signal generator. I use two LMH6503s to scale the amplitudes. Sadly the LMH6503s cut off the negative half-wave of mz sine signal, the amplification…
Part Number: VCA824 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6503 , , VCA821 , VCA822 , VCA820 Would it be correct to say that the VCA824 is a direct replacement (assuming SOIC 14 pkg) for the LMH6503 VGA? Seems like the VAC824 is just an improved design but just…
Hi Betul,
VCA822 is the more accurate device. You may also look into the VCA821, LMH6505, and LMH6503 as they have better accuracy as well.
Since these devices have internal gain adjust circuitry, there is no way to improve the accuracy of the gain unfortunately…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: VCA822 , VCA821 , LMH5401 , LMH3401 , OPA847 , VCA820 hello i currently need a VGA/PGA that has a slew rate of greater than 300 and a maximum gain of 100.
For VCA 822, what are the needed values for Rf Rg to achieve a gain of…
Part Number: LMH6502 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6503 Hi Team,
Can you please help us with our customer's inquiry below?
I have a question for LMH6502, and it's a wideband linear amplifier
In its datasheet, if you check the feature in…
