Part Number: LMH6624 Hello, We have a customer who would like to know if this device (the DIE version) would be okay to run at -55C as a normal operating condition. The package device is rated to -40C.
I am not finding a spec for the die temp, only the…
Part Number: LMH6624 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI , Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Hello,
I have a little problem with simulating the LMH6624. I would like to use this device for an Butterworth filtter 4th order. The max frequency i…
Part Number: LMH6624 Hello,
This is Jeon from SEMITECH CO.,LTD I have bought LMH6624MAX/NOPB .2500pcs
44pcs of 2500pcs are not working. the ultrasonic value of the part is down and it does not work. you know the stanard value is 3Volit but 44pcs is 1…
Part Number: LMH6624 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS9110 , LMH6551 Hi,
Can this chip be used in the place of instrument amplifiers? Saw on the datasheet it can be used for instrumentation sense amplifiers. Instrument amplifiers I am seeing have very…
Hi Zhen,
The only options we have that operate at the temperature range you require and also has the performance specs you listed are the LMH6624 and OPA818. These are both decompensated devices, which means they require a minimum gain to remain stable…
Part Number: LMH6624 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA843 , OPA694 , THS4271 , OPA659 We use an opamp to scale the DAC's output into a suitable voltage range. We're looking at using the LMH6624 at a gain of 3x. Apparently, there are some tricks…
Part Number: TMUX7234 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1805 , LMH6624 Hi team,
I need your help with the TMUX7234 model issue in LTSPICE issue.
Per customer feedback, they had used LMV7217, LMH6624, and TLV1805 in LTSPICE before, and no problem for them…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6624 I am using the LMH6624 in a high gain, non-inverting configuration with a gain of 51 (Rf = 499 Ohms, inverting input to ground resistor = 10 Ohms). Layout guidelines have been followed with ample ground plane in…
Hi Nima,
Our TINA LMH6624 model reflects both the LMH6626 and LMH6624 device performance, therefore we typically only model the single channel. Two LMH6624 models can be used in TINA to recreate a two channel LMH6626.
Best Regards,
Ignacio
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6624 , TINA-TI , OPA354 , OPA320 I have a narrowband single supply two-pole circuit with center frequency of 200kHz, passband bandwidth of 80kHz (Q=2.5), and a gain of 10. So the required GBW = 100 * 200k * 2.5 * 10 = 500MHz…
