Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK00338 , LMK00334 Hi Support,
Does TI have an alternative to 9DMV0141A (Renesas) which is a 2:1 PCIe Gen1–5 Clock Mux? Or more input 4:1 ( 4 inputs, 1 output mux) that is PCIe GEN5 compliant?
Part Number: LMK00334-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK00338 , I plan to use the LMK00334RTVRQ1 as a clock mux/buffer for PCIe 2.0. The datasheet lists PCIe 3.0 and 4.0 jitter performance, but it does not list 2.0 jitter specs. What is the 2.0 additive…
Part Number: LMK00334 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK00338 Hi Team,
According to the data sheet TI recommended to use 50ohm termination to ground (HCSL termination):
But the EVM for LMK00338 not assembled these resistors. Could you please explain…
Part Number: CDCLVP111-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK00338 , CDCLVP111-SP On the CDCLVP111-ep datasheet again, Is |Vih – Vil| = 0.5V min on p.6 of the datasheet for peak-to-peak of Vid?
|Vih – Vil| may have DC offset in it – see below figure…
Hello,
Thank you for answering my question so quickly.
I noticed that there is also a part, the LMK00338, which although is the 8 channel output device, would also work?
What are the big differences between the LMK00338 and the LMK00306? I understand…
Dear Mike,
It appears you are looking for best performance. I would suggest you look at the LMK00338 buffer. DS show PN offset at 1kHz to be -144 dBc/Hz at 100 MHz indicating this device would meet your requirement.
Regards, Simon.
Hi David,
CDCLVP1216 is a good choice here for the CLK Distributor.
If you are interested in a clock solution with an integrated crystal oscillator for XTAL, consider LMK00334 or LMK00338.
Kind regards,
Lane
Part Number: LMK00301 Hi Team,
From this link shows LMK00301 can support PCIe 5.0. So do we have the additive RMS Phase Jitter for PCIe 5.0?
