Hi Lis, For me the portal shows OPA2392 is out of stock and also it is BGA type package which increase complexity in proto testing so decided to go with LMP2012. Thank you for your time, kind response and recommendations !

Hello Mike, I do agree that the LMP2012 model does not accurately reflect the silicon in this test case. This is an older model from National on an architecture that is known to have some issues. We are in the process of updating our older models to…

Hello Louis The LMP2011 pspice model can be applied to the LMP2012. It is just a single channel version. The pspice models do not have variations for temperature. On an op amp, on many crictical parameters such as input offset voltage, the change over…

Hi Raymond, You are right. It is a TIA followed by a LPF. The output of LPF is converted to a differential signal. Then the signal is applied to ADC ADS1278 after passing it through a charge bucket filter. The current generator is for simulating photodiode…

Marek, Additional information. I swapped out the 10K resistors with 4.7K resistors (R1, R2, R6, R8). The output dip at high temperature reduced by almost exactly half. So it looks like it's still IB current related. I know the OPA2387 is a very new…
