I was just able to find an EVM to check this out. I think the driving capability of this output is pretty low. VOL = GND; VOH = Vcc (up to 60MHz OSCin, VOH is reducing with higher OSCin frequencies. At 110MHz OSCin, VOH = Vcc - 0.6V).
