Part Number: LP5560 Dear team,
May I double confirm below application can be implemented by LP5560?
- Enable default blinking without MCU control. if yes, how to enable this function?
- We would like to design breathing LED function. Can we implement…
Part Number: LP5560 Hi
I would like to know the operation of blanking feature.
The blanking operation is operated by CTLR signal. The LED is lighted between CTLR is high. So that operation, the light looks flashing. Is my understanding correct?
And what…

Thankyou…
Part Number: LP5560 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP5562 , LP55231 , LP5523 Hi TI Experts,
I have a customer that would develop a string of LED strobe as indicator (blinking) for automotive .
They does not want to use any 555 timer or MCU (for PWM signal…
Hi, Dan, LP5522 is also a constant current driver. As you can see from their datasheet, the biggest difference between LP5522 and LP5560 is that LP5560 can adjust the current through CTRL and LP5522 needs Riset to set the current to a certain level…
Calum,
What kind of package do you prefer? If an BGA is suitable for your application you could check out LP5524, which has 4 LED outputs 5mA default current and 2 channels for external PWM control. This in uSMD package.
There is also 1 LED output drivers…
