I forgot to list one important spec:
1. Automotive grade.
2. Slew rate higher than 4V/us.
3. MSOP8 package.
4. The V-/+ need to be higher than +/-20V.
OPA197-Q1 in only 18V.

the TL071 and the LM218-Q1 are totally different.
I would have a look at the following OPAmps: OPA197-Q1, OPA192-Q1, TLV171-Q1, OPA171-Q1 and TLE2071-Q1. If a dual OPAmp can do, then also the TL082-Q1.

See the OPA197/OPA2197/OPA4197 commercial product datasheet, Figures 14 and 15 , for typical Output Voltage Swing vs Output Current at maximum supply curves. The OPA2197-Q1 curves will resemble those for the OPA197 family.
