    Part Number: OPA2210 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2333-HT , OPA211-HT , OPA2211-HT Hi Team, Is there TI solution to replace ADI AD8634HRZN? AD8634HRZN temperature is -40C to 175C, however OPA2210IDR only up to 125C. Please suggest. Thanks.

    Hi Ammar, Since the operating temperature range of -65C to 140C very wide, it is difficult to select a part with radiation harden + high operating range in combined specification. I think that you may have to go with discrete design approach for the 4-20mA…
