Ok, sorry for the misunderstanding.
SN74LS31 was the only delay IC I could find in our portfolio. The delay range over temperature may be too wide for your use case, but if you are just operating room temperature, it may be okay.

If you must have a traditional voltage feedback device (OPA2695 is Current Feedback), then I suggest the OPA2690 (dual) or the OPA3690 (triple).
