Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA381 Hi Team,
The customer needs to select a transimpedance amplifier.
Here are the customer's requirements:
1. The magnification of the transimpedance amplifier is needed higher than 50KV/A.
2. The bandwidth…

Hello;
I have a 1 photodiode and 1 Avalanche photodiode…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA381 , THS3202 , OPA657 Hi,
I want to build a receiver with a photodiode. First I set up a circiut with OPA381 and I used 10K ohm feedback resistor. It worked well with its gain of 10K. But then I wanted a faster one…
Vitali,
Photodiodes are more commonly modeled as current sources rather than variable resistances. I am curious why you chose to model your photodiode as a changing resistance?
With the photodiode modeled in this fashion, the OPA381 is configured…
Thomas;
Try an OPA381-- it is an integrator-stabilized design that has essentially zero drift. Its data sheet has lots of information about photodiode circuits.
Teo,
Your OPA381 output is clearly driven to its positve rail: (V+)-500mV. Does your simulation shows 2.8V output voltage or do you measure it in an actual application?
If you simulate the circuit, do you run DC sweep or transient analysis; if you…
Hi Kevin,
It sounds like you are on the right path using the more complete shielded cable and adding shielding internal to the enclosure. Your results thus far tend to support the idea that the 50 Hz noise is common-mode noise. Unfortunately, 50 Hz…

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA381 Hi,
What is the diffierence between -DGKT or -DGKR. And what is G4 at the end?
Thank you for taking time.
