1. I am unable to use a gain of 2 because the input waveform will start getting clipped. I have tried with a gain of upto 1.5.
2. It was precisely because I saw this strange phenomenon happening in my original circuit that I took a different 6574 and…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA4872 Hello,
My questions concern the OPA4872. I would like to use this component for 4:1 composite video multiplexing, however, I am new to the field of circuit building and am not familiar with all of the OPA4872's…
Part Number: LMH6570 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA875 , OPA4872 Hello,
I am looking for the spice model for the LMH6570.
Any body has it?
Regards,
Giora
Well Paul,
You may say this has worked before, but this "wired-or" mux application is not actually supported by standard CFA op amps. Ran into lots of problems with this over the years, and now you have too.
Couple of options we did in the product…
Thanks for looking into this. The data sheet seems clear that it refers to "output resistance" for "output disabled (/EN or SD > 2V)."
Anyway, I now think that OPA4872 might be the more attractive part for us:
Routdis = 14MOhm…
Hi James,
Regarding the enable pin showing a 200ns ramp-down at disable:
To me, it seems the slow ramp is something that you observe if you use only the one MUX you are currently working with. With two MUX outputs shorted together, if MUX1 goes into disable…
Hi Felicia,
So for 10Vpp with an operational amplifier, you will be using dual ±5V supplies. The high gain, high BW combination is guiding you to current feedback architecture. For the 50MHz BW requirement, you can get away with a low power device…
Hello Piwi,
The approach that you are showing with the T-network by itself is certainly an option. Note that T-network will add noise in your system as they are inherently higher noise solution than a straight transimpedance amplifier solution.
I do…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2683 , OPA683 , OPA4872 Hello,
Please advice about using the 2 * OPA2683 as a switch (gain1 and gain 10 with the same source)
1. Do we have to add resistors 78ohm at the opamp output (Please look at fig 12 page 17 in data…
