Part Number: OPA593 Hi amps team,
A customer is looking for a class D amplifier, that can cope with a voltage swing of 15-25V.
Currently the OPA593 is selected, however it is rather large in size.
The amplifier will drive the load with a sinusoidal signal…
Part Number: OPA593 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA992 , OPA990 Hi,
I'm using OPA593 as a unity buffer for my motor application. I have seen in the datasheet that there will be a 0.7V diode drop in the output in page no - 24.
My application is…

I was hoping to get some help selecting an alternative solution for the OPA593, the proposed application…
Part Number: OPA593 Dear Technical Support Team,
I have simulated a non-inverting amplifier circuit using the OPA593 model in LTSPICE. The results show that there are some points where the output voltage exceeds the supply voltage ±5V.
I am assuming…
Hi Masato-san,
Yes, I will let you know when the issues are fixed.
In terms of the average power dissipation, the number should be still pretty close or identical. We can revisit the simulation when the PSpice model is corrected.
Best,
Raymond

This part (80V!!) looks like a good candidate for a higher power audio amplifier. How many OPA593 parts do you think can be successfully paralleled in a composite design …
Part Number: OPA593
Dear Technical Support Team,
I'm evaluating steep load change with simulation(both PSpice model and TINA), then unexpected over 10V pulse occurred on output.
Does this behavior also occur with ic? Is this model problem?
See attached…
Part Number: OPA593 Hi forum, nothing technical this time. In the search for buying the OPA593 I cannot find it in most of the major electronic online distributors (won't name them for obvious reason)
Searching XOPA593DNTR or even single OPA593 string…
Part Number: OPA593 Hi,
Good Day. I have a customer who is working with OPA593. Please see below his query for your reference. Thank you very much.
This is a rail to rail op amp, XOPA593DNTR, and I am required to go from 0 to 5V. Meaning I have to meet…
Part Number: OPA593 Hi team
For the current limit function of OPA593, my customer is planning on using DAC instead of resistor, do we have any specification regarding the voltage control current limit? How's the linearity of this?
Also the DS mentions…
