Few suggestions based on your requirements:
OPA843 (800 MHz GBW, 8-12V Total supply, 1000 V/us slew)
OPA699 (1GHz GBW, 5-12V Total supply, 1400 V/us slew)

Thank you for your response. Actually, I read THS4021 is good for high frequencies like 1 MHz and requires less settling time. Could you maybe suggest any other IC? I have THS4021, OPA843, AD8021ARZ, AD8038 in hand available.
