Exact number is PCM1774.
By the way , Slow power up/down ramp time reduce the pop noise,right?

I think its because the PCM1794A cant receive, a 12MHz clock which the CP2114 is outputting on MCLK.

The IP used in the TPS65950 is quite a bit different than the PCM1774. But, if you just need I2S-in and HP out, PCM1774 is a mighty fine choice.
You might also check out something like the TLV320DAC32. I think it's cheaper than the PCM1774…
