Part Number: PMP11769 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP40379 Hello,
Kindly provide the Schematic and PCB Altium ASCII files, thank you.
Working on designing a 500W to 700W power supply.
I am also needing the PMP40379 Schematic and PCB Altium ASCII files…
Part Number: PMP11769 I have a question about this design. As is stated in the design description the 2 amplifiers are set for a total output of 700W (RMS I presume) whilst the 36V DC/DC supply provides 360W continuously (with 720W peaks).
Won't the power…
Oh, I just noticed that on the PMP11769 Assembly Drawing, on the bottom, the actual tpa3251 chips are not shown and the orientation is left as a mystery. Is there an updated version or know which way it should go? Thank you.
Hi Delmore,
Thank you for your question. Here is a reference design for a single phase Boost with 200W output power, https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP20093 theoretically this can be extrapolated to a dual phase boost as per your specifications.
The best way…
Hi Roy,
There are several other relevant boost reference designs that could be useful here. You may want to check with your customer if this is a continuous power or peak power rating.

Part Number: TPA3251 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PMP11769 Hello everyone,
quick question about the VDD/GVDD Supply of the Akima-ICs:
Following the reference designs, the +12V is provided by a DCDC + Post-Linear Regulator.
--> Since the Supply is unipolar…
Hello Zhekun,
We are experts in the gate driver devices so the class D amplifier feedback design is outside of our expertise.
On ti.com however there are referenced designs for various applications including class D amplifiers that should be useful. …
Hi Robert,
It seems that both board uses the TPA3251.
However TPA3251D2EVM , has the, "Supports Audio Plug-In Boards through its AIB connector."
What is the Audio Plug-In Boards? Do you have the part number for these AIB we can reference and…
Part Number: PMP21112 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS3251 , , PMP9774 , PMP11769 Hello.
When i'm using the TAS3251 in combination with the PMP21112 Boost Converter, which Signal is connected to the PWM-tracking-Input of the PMP21112 Eval Board? …
Please refer to the example at http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP7837
This is for the LM5122 but the same circuit structure can be used for the LM25122-Q1.
There is also an 700W peak power reference design with the LM25122-Q1. The link is at: www.ti.com…
