Hi Moritz,
Thank you for your guidance!- I will follow your advice.
I have a question about the LM5155/56. I found a reference design, https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP22155 , that I plan to leverage. However, I need to adjust the output voltage to go from -20V…
Hi Niklas,
PMP22155 is specifically designed for APD biasing, which is great. As Mr. Zhang mentioned, the bias voltage needs to be within the range of -120V to -200V. Is it possible to achieve this?
thanks.
Youhao,
My customer has an additional question about PMP22155. At PMP22155, could it be possible to get larger Iout than 10mA by changing external components? Or LM5155 itself has a limitation to get >10mA Iout? What is really a bottleneck to get more…
Part Number: LM51581-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM51581 , LMR38025 HI,
Can LM51581-Q1 output negative voltage and is there a solution design? The customer's requirement is to have an input of 12V, an output of -36V, and a current of around…
