Would using asymmetric power supplies (i.e +12 and -15V) on the RC4558 effect the slew rate? I'm thinking since it can operate in single supply mode, it might not be a problem, but wanted to verify.

My customer want to use the TPS65130 for 5Vin to +12Vout and -12Vout to supply power on OPA, they would like to know the each output current can support up to 300mA?
I simulated with a RC4558 because I don't have a NE5532 model.
Below are the results for CMRR and noise. Noise was totalled from 1Hz to 10kHz.
The last two columns compared the results to the forward gain.

Your input common mode on pin 3 is 4V which is fine for RC4558. Into a lighter load RC4558 has a better VOH than LM358, especially at low temperature. Typical RC4558 VOH at 25C, is VCC - 0.75V - IOUT * 205 ohms (+2mV/C); this is better than LM358…
