I'm reaching out about the REF1112 and it's operating range. In the datasheet it makes the statement:
"The REF1112 is specified from –40°C to +85°C with operation extending from –40°C to +125°C."…
We do not have a next generation device of the LM385-1.2 but we do have several alternatives.
If you need better precision at a low cost try the LM4041-N.
If you need lower Iq then try the REF1112.
