REF34-Q1 don't have 1.2V option. I will discuss with the customer about our REF31-Q1.

Hi Falk,
As mentioned in the previous e2e thread, it is encouraged to connect Pin 1 to GND or to 12V (max). We did not test the REF34-Q1 with the pin floating so we do not have data if the pin is left floating.
