Part Number: SN10501
Hi,
I'm running into issues where the SN10501DBVT isn't buffering the input correctly. The input signal range is 0v-1.4v, running at around 25.2MHz at max and the op-amp is powered via 3.3v.
Attached are some screenshots…
Part Number: SN10501 Hello:
The material model used by the customer is sn10501dbvr
The application circuit is shown in the figure
The oscilloscope waveform is as follows:,
The blue is the input of pin 3 of the operational amplifier, and the yellow is…

I'm currently designing a circuit that uses the SN10501/SN10502/SN10503 and I would like to know if someone has used it before as uniti-gain voltage buffer…
Hello Jan,
There doesn't seem to be an amplifier that meets all of your requirements. The LMH6654 and SN10501 might work, however neither of the parts are Rail-to-Rail I/O.

Hello Eric,
For the SOT-23 footprint it looks like your closest matches are the SN10501 and THS4221. I will also contact our marketing team to figure out why the price on the THS4221 is more than the THS4222.

I would need an operational amplifier with power supply up to 10 V (+5 V & -5V), to amplify a signal with frequency up to 10 MHz.
The maximum feedback gain will be of…
