Did you start with the CAN example for the DK-TM4C123G? PB4 and PB5 are not CAN pins on either the TM4C123 or TM4C129 devices. Which connector pins did you connect between the EK-TM4C1294XL and the TXD and RXD of the SN65HVD265?
