Hi,
Our customer would know VT+Max VT-Min for reference at VCC=1.1V/1.4V and temperature= 0~75℃ .
Because customer's system should be VT+<0.84V and VT->0.36V.
Can I receive these data/temperature=0~75℃
Best Regards,
Kato
The rise/fall rate is not directly related to the frequency; it describes the slope of the signal edges, not the interval between the edges. If your signal has slower edges, you need to use a different device, probably with Schmitt-trigger inputs.
For…
Hi Simeon,
I need more details to give a better recommendation. What supply voltage (Vcc) are you operating at? What drive strength do you need?
As I stated in my previous reply our only other single channel schmitt trigger buffers are the SN74AUC1G17…
When the voltage of the clock source is 2.5 V or lower, then AUC family devices (e.g., SN74AUC2G34, SN74AUC1G17) would be fastest. At 3.3 V, LVC would be fastest, but it works down to 1.8 V; '541 or '17 or any other buffer (e.g., SN74LVC3G17/34) are…

Hi I need HSPICE model of SN74AUC1G17 Single Schmitt Trigger Buffer. In the link "http://focus.ti.com/packaged_lits/hspice_files/ti_hspice_index.txt", it is found that Literature Number is SCEJ133 for HSPICE Model of SN74AUC1G17. Can you please…
The AUP logic family is low-power and slow. The fastest low-voltage family is AUC.
For translating down, you can just use a buffer with overvoltage-tolerant input, such as the SN74AUC1G17.
For down-converting, you can use the SN74LV1T34, or any buffer with an overvoltage-tolerant input, e.g., SN74LVC1G34, SN74AUP1G34, SN74LVC1G17, SN74AUP1G17, SN74AUC1G17.
For up-converting, you can use the SN74LV1T34.

I have a separate clock source which is at 3.3V. Clock can be 25MHz to 154MHz. I wish to use this clock source to feed the REFCLK input of…
