  1.8 V is less than 1.92 V, so this is not guaranteed to work. You have to use a device with lowered input thresholds like the SN74AUP1T17/SN74AUP1T50, or a level shifter like the 2N7001T, SN74AUP1T34, TXU0101, or SN74AXC1T45.
