    The SN74AVC8T245-Q1 datasheet claims 320 Mbps at 1.8 V. But I would suggest the SN74AXC8T245-Q1, which is somewhat faster and optimized for that voltage.

    Hi Shlomi, We have the SN74AVC8T245-Q1 which can do really high speed translation. This is one of our fastest translator. You can go through the datasheet for this device and confirm if it would work for your interface. Thanks! -Karan
