Hi Jason,
We have no single gate, schmitt-trigger input, 3-state output buffers. We do have them in 4-ch versions: SN74HCS125 and SN74HCS126 . Make sure to tie unused inputs to Vcc or GND.
As Clemens stated, the P2P replacement is the SN74LVC1G125DCK .
