Part Number: SN74HCS245 Tool/software: Hi dear TI support,
For an automotive application at high temperature 90...120°C, we need to use a lot of logic ICs,
and we need to keep static current consumption as low as possible.
74HCS components seem…
Part Number: SN74HCS245 Hi,
I'm looking for an IC that meets the following conditions, but I could only find the SN74HCS245. I would like to know the IC that meets the conditions.
<conditions>
supply voltage = 3.3V
Input voltage = 5V
With schmitt…
Part Number: SN74HCS245-Q1 Hi Logic team,
I got a question from the customer.
When Vcc=3V and Vin = 5V, is the input voltage clamped at Vcc+0.5V and current go through diode?

Sure - there are many available on TI.com -- one example is…
Part Number: SN74HCS245 Dear,
For example, for 4.5V supply, input logic level is 3.3V, as datasheet said, VT+ range is 1.7V min to 3.15V max, so could it consider 3.3V input as a logic high?
Thanks!
Part Number: SN74HCS245 Hi team,
My customer needs Buffer solutions to support eSPI interface and needs BU's suggestion which TI device is better to suggest?
Thanks

Customer is looking for an 8 or 16 channels bus transciever, the basic requirements includes:
Data rate 250MHz, bi-direction and auto-direction…
Hi Chris,
This device is fairly old so there may not be a suitable replacement. What is your use-case here? I see that this has separate LE and OE pins. Is there a need for these LE pins or does a generic 8-ch bus transceiver work such as https://www.ti…
Hi Anita,
The SN74HCS245 is our latest transceiver (Bi-directional buffer). Please note if the direction is not known, buffering is not possible.
Regards,
Sebastian
Thank you for your reply Clemens Ladisch . To convert from 3.3V to 5V, I have to have I2C expander in place first, so PCF8575 is able to give me 5V output at all port pins. Now as you mentioned I will need a buffer then similar to SN74AHCT125 can I use any…
