Part Number: SN74LV273A Tool/software: Hi
We have an old design where with SN74LV273A on our PCBA. To further reduce powerr consumption in SHUTDOWN and idle mode we want to turn this IC off and put the pins into high impdeance
We already use TPS22930…
Part Number: SN74LV273A Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVTH273 , SN74HCS273 , Hi All,
I have a question about SN74LV273. I think the initial state is undefined, but is it okay to pull down the output to avoid that?
Best Regards, Ishiwata
Part Number: SN74LV273A hi,
The Q output is occasionally not kept low even after CLR is already set at low during power-up in which the CLK and CLR ramp up speed is very low (rise speed is 3.3v/2s). The detail test waveforms are attached.
there are…
Part Number: SN74LV273A Dear expert.
My customer will face the shortage because of these tight situation, but we want to use your products.
So could you inform me what is alternative of SN74LV273APWR ?
If possible, could you check it with something in stock…

Is the limitation for input transition rise/fall rate for TXD pin for TCAN1042HGV?
Below is the input transition rise/fail rate for SN74LV273A's DATA input pins, for…
Part Number: SN74LV273A Hi team,
Let me confirm thermal pad connection for just in case.
It should be connected to GND, correct?
Best regards,

Part Number: SN74LV273A Dear sir:
May I have some confirming item for SN74LV273A application ?
If original our circuit use 74LVC273PW ,TI SN74LV273A part could replace it ? Or Any need consider or Risk ?

Part Number: SN74LV273A Hi,
We can find "Δt/Δv Input transition rise or fall rate" on datasheet. Does rise rate of this parameter mean the delta from VoL to VoH?
Thanks and best regards, M.HATTORI
The function table is wrong; it was accidentally copied from the SN74LV273A-Q1 datasheet. The SN74LV373A datasheet has the correct table.
The initial state of a latch is undefined (either high or low). To get this latch into a known state, you would have…
