Hey Kurt,
(1) The RGY package is rated for 125C.
The Package Orderable Addendum table is automatically built from a database, and it typically has the best/most up to date information:
The front page table is only updated with the datasheet, and…
Part Number: SN74LVC06A Hello guys,
One of our customers is considering using SN74LVC06A for their new products. They have a question as the follow.
Q: Is the inverter buffer output high impedance when VCC is in 0V - 1.65V range? Also can the high…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC06A Hello Team,
SN74LVC06A datasheet says it is open drain output ,So what is the value of pull-up i need to give, Please suggest me.
Regards,
Prasanna G

Part Number: TXS0104E Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC06A , SN74LVC3G06 A customer has TXS0104ERGYR on their board, and they have a couple of LED’s on it’s port B, which is powered by 3.3V.
If a Port B output pin is high, what is the drive capability…
The output itself is off, but there is an ESD protection diode from the pin to V CC . The output is not overvoltage tolerant.
LVC devices (e.g., SN74LVC1 / 2 / 3G06 , SN74LVC06A) have overvoltage-tolerant outputs.
Hi Elec,
TI doesn't sell BJTs, if you are trying to use a buffers/inverters to create an OR gate I suggest the circuit below:
I recommend the SN74LVC06A-Q1 or SN74HCS05-Q1 for the open drain inverters and SN74LVC1G04-Q1 for the inverter.
Regards…
The SN74LVC07A is an open-drain buffer that can operate with a 1.8V supply (which means the inputs trigger at 1.8V levels) or it can operate with a 3.3V supply -- and the outputs can be tied to a diode and resistor connected to any supply up to 5.5V.…
