Part Number: SN74LVC138A Hi team,
My customer are looking for a 3 line to 8 line decoder that can support the 1.2V supply voltage, do we have the part for this?
Lacey
Thanks a lot!
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC138A-EP Hi
We would like to use a 3 to 8 demultiplexer at 3.3V for interfacing with a memory with the maximum signal frequency of 96MHz.
The line impedence is 50 ohms.
The load capacitance is 5 pF. …
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74HC138-Q1 , SN74LVC138A-EP We are considering
switching from the SN74LVC138A-EP to the SN74HC138-Q1 due to some excessive
overshoot associated with the 24mA output drivers on the LVC device. One
major difference…

Ivan,
That would appear to be correct to me. The only exception being that the the SN74LVC16373A and SN74LVC138A seem to only be rated to voltages greater than 3.6V in the absolute maximum ratings tables - so some conditions of the Electrical Characteristics…
Hello Bobby
Thanks for your errata docs, i'll check it soon
Unfortunately, we have not used interrupt yet, we just write THR register with polling ,
We've consider about moving our software to RAM instead of flash ( assume debug environment…
