    Hi Prasath, I can confirm that 250 Mbps data rate is supported for SN74AVCH16T245. There is SN74LVCH16T245 which can work at 2.5V as well, however, i do not see the data rate supported on the datasheet. I would expect that to work at up to 320Mbps…
