  SN74SSQEC32882 Layout Questions

  I do not have access to the data sheet for these parts so I am asking the following question from one of our sales reps:

  Do the SN74SSQEB32882ZALR and SN74SSQEC32882ZALR require any external routing or parts on the feedback pins?

  Is there any design collateral that would show this for this part? Can you send me a complete data sheet for reference? My email is richardelmquist@ti.com.

  CAB4A: DDR4 register

  Hi Team,

  My customer is request a DDR4 register, do we have any device can support?

  I found CAB4A can support DDR4 but it seems not available now? 

   SN74SSQEC32882 is the replacement device, but SN74SSQEC32882 can't support DDR4 either.

  Unfortunately, we do not have a direct replacement for this DDR4 device.

  CAB4A is the DDR4 RCD. This device is the latest product we have for DDRx applications.

  SN74SSQEC32882 is a DDR3 device.
