CAB4A is the DDR4 RCD. This device is the latest product we have for DDRx applications.
SN74SSQEC32882 is a DDR3 device.

Unfortunately, we do not have a direct replacement for this DDR4 device.
Consider SN74SSQEC32882 for DDR3. You can view the entire portfolio memory clocking devices here: www.ti.com/.../products.html

I found CAB4A can support DDR4 but it seems not available now?
SN74SSQEC32882 is the replacement device, but SN74SSQEC32882 can't support DDR4 either…
Hi Chen,
It looks like the primary difference is DDR3L and DDR3U support (lower signaling voltages, lower VDD range) on the SN74SSQEC32882. SN74SSQE32882 only supported standard DDR3.
