I would recommend the THS7314 or the THS7374 as a replacement for the ADA443x. These SD Video filter amplifiers have similar filtering, gain, and functionality but with better attenuation and additional channel count.
TI also has a wide range of video amplifiers with integrated filters covering many different video standards. They of course also provide gain.
These are cost effective and would be a much smaller solution than a discrete filter.
