I need additional information on reference designs for TI's ONET parts in a 10G SFP+ LR Optical Module. I am planning to order these bards for tests and I would be grateful if you could find a minute to answer my question…

It is possible to get the CAD files in Altium NEXUS / Designer PCB format (.PcbDoc / .Pcb), in ASCII-based Allegro PCB format (.alg) or as Gerber File.
