I checked TIDA-00162 schematic that included I2C accelerator and info EEPROM. May I know the purpose on these two components?

TIDA-00162 works as a good front end.
May please suggest a Digital video processor evaulation kit which can be interface the ouput of TIDA-00162 so that i can record in SD or HDD and see in the LCD also.
