That is a difficult challenge.
The closest performance match and low VIO would be TL054A, but that has a steep price penalty.
OPA4172 is somewhat close for less money.
The OPA145 also looks like a good choice, this file has not been recently updated so the OPA196 is not in yet, and the pricing is out of date.
