    With a 12 V supply, the drive strength should be similar. Figure 6-44 shows that the output voltage range depends mainly on the load. I would strongly suggest the more modern TL082H, which is cheaper and has rail-to-rail outputs.

    Hello Calvin I suspect that this is a parasitic path that is capacitance and resistance in series. I suggest added and input low pass filter to slow the input signal. Or use TL082H that doesn't have this direct path.
