Nobuo, TL3472-Q1 is a good choice for this circuit. I didn't notice this is the other thread, but T1 has collector and emitter swapped. What is the purpose for R4 and R6? If the load is always terminated to ground like R10 is connected. Then…

Ryuji-san, I do not have slew rate data at different VCC or temperature. I was able to find slew rate trends for the base die in TL3472-Q1. From that I'd expect slew rate to drop by 33% at 125C at 30V and have no data for lower voltages. If min…

Mohana, LMV358Q1MAXNOPB is a LMV358-N device, there is no public LMV358QDRG4Q1 device that is based on LMV358(no N) I suggest looking at TL3472-Q1, TL972-Q1, or RC4580-Q1

Part Number: TL082-Q1 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL3472-Q1 Hello, TL082-Q1 has minimum slew rate specification as 8V/us. Is this for rising and falling slew rate? TL3472-Q1 has rising and falling slew rate specifications. If this is only rising…

The OPA145 also looks like a good choice, this file has not been recently updated so the OPA196 is not in yet, and the pricing is out of date. OPA111A options.xlsx

to User473, I searched all the op amp portfolio with the parametric search (precision, general purpose, and high-speed). There are 6 options with temperatures of 150C and above (see attached). The best match is the OPA211-HT (210C max). This is the…
