Part Number: TL441-EP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models Hi dear experts,
Do we have TL441EP spice model? I didn't find on ti.com. Can you please kindly share with us?
Thanks very much!

Part Number: LOG114 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL441 Hi team,
Is LOG114 possible that input type is voltage?
Are there any logarithmic amplifier which input type is voltage?
Best regards,
Shunsuke Yamamoto
Prahlad,
The fastest log amplifier should be the TL441. Even it might have problem with a 6ns pulse.
Can you range detect and pre-amplify based on input signal?
A TL441 can do 80dB range easy (with support circuitry) and 120db in theory only.
Hi Jundong,
I don't believe we have a single chip solution for a lock-in amplifier. I have seen some projects using a log amplifier (such as the TL441), along with an analog multiplier and an op amp to implement a lock in amplifier. It should also be…
Cabir,
I'll use your Ps numbers. Receive time is 0.0005m / (2000 m * 10revs/sec) = 25ns which is 40MHz. LF353-N seems to be too slow to respond. If the actual signal from the optic transducer is longer than that, then I suspect the sensor is too slow…
Hello Ke Su,
The LOG amplifiers from the Precision Amplifiers product group, such as the LOG104, LOG112 and LOG114, do not have Mil-Spec versions. There is one LOG amplifier product, the TL441 that does have enhanced performance and military versions…
