Part Number: TLC2201-SP In space conditions due to ionizing radiation a charge is accumulated on any floating metal hence the NC pins should be tied to some known potential to avoid electrostatic problems.
Are the TLC2201AMFKBQMLV NC pins floating and…
Hi,
These configurations are not quite the same. You are not considering the effect of the 2 100kOhm resistors on the divider (see figure below). Moving your ground point changes the resistance in your voltage divider. It also changes your input paths…
Part Number: TLC2201-SP Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC2201AM Radiation data for TLC2201-SP is currently unavailable.
Are there any plans to make this data available?
Part Number: TLC2201-SP I would like to know if there is total ionizing dose radiation data for the TLC2201-SP op-amp?
I am interested in how the bias current and offset current vary with total ionizing dose up to 100 krad.
Part Number: TLC2201-SP Hi,
I'd like to verify the form factor of the package for this part. The pinout shows 20 pins as does the packaging and ordering information but the mechanical data shows 28 pins. Which number is correct?
Thanks
Part Number: TLC2201-SP Hi,
I'd like to verify the rails this part can operate from. It has an absolute maximum rating specified of +/-8V for the supplies and a maximum input voltage of 8V (to any input, with this referenced to the mid-point of the…
I download the spice model form TI website. Buit it returns error when simulating in ADS.
The error is "element Vcm+ for remote current C[1] not found"
anyone can help me?
Hi Alyssa,
Here is the data sheet that was revised in 2001. It doesn't have any lot marking information, and unfortunately I don't know if we have a way to get that information. Are you just trying to verify it is not counterfeit?
Regards, Mike

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC2201 , TINA-TI In Op Amps for Everyone , there's a section on noise calculations "Op Amp Noise Theory and Applications" which is hard for me to follow. I see a few obvious errors, so I wonder if this section is just…
Hi Jenny,
As far as I know, TPSM846C24 module is not specifically manufactured to withstand radiation.
