    Hi Swetha, the data is given in the "Dissipation Rating Table" of datasheet of TLC27M7. Using the "derating factor" the junction temperature can be extrapolated up to 150°C. Example: 725mW - (150°C -25°C) x 5.8mW / °C = 0mW at 150°C. But keep in…
