Hello, as Clemens suggested, correct operation may not apply below a supply voltage of 2V, and using a power-on reset comparator such as TLV1812 should work.
Best,

Part Number: TLV1821 Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV1812 Hello,
We are TLV1821 comparator which is open drain as per 9.1.1.1 operation mentioned in schematic , like without hysteresis and a basic comparator. What is the VOH and VOL in this case?
We…
Hi Cafain,
Please see section 4.2 of the LM339 family application note:

Hi Sharu,
I see on the TLV7032 data sheet that IN+/- can be up to 100mV higher than V+/lower than V-.
It is similar on TLV1812 (rail-to-rail +/-200mV) and TLV1851 (IN+/- can be from -0.1V to 40V independent of V+).
If using TLV1851 (or another comparator…
Thanks for the follow up. My concern would be prior to the 24V supply if there are any voltages applied to the inputs when the comparator is not powered. Whats VCC connected to the right in X1?
I was thinking you could try using the dual channel TLV1812…
Logic devices do not go above 20 V. To translate to higher voltages, use a comparator or a gate driver.
The TLV1812 is a dual comparator with push/pull output. Use a reference voltage of about 1.66 V at the inverting input. With an output current of 20…
