Both LMV339 and TLV2354 allow inputs up to VCC. The LMV339 has ESD diodes on all inputs and outputs to ground and VCC, so the inputs must not exceed VCC. I do not know the ESD structure of the TLV2354, but I will ask.

While I don't think we have an exact fit our fastest quads have a max spec of 200ns and are the TLV2354, LMV339, TLC354 and TLC374. For RRIO, the widest common mode looks to be on the LMV339, but the conditions of your design always play…
