    Hello Saeb, Both LMV339 and TLV2354 allow inputs up to VCC. The LMV339 has ESD diodes on all inputs and outputs to ground and VCC, so the inputs must not exceed VCC. I do not know the ESD structure of the TLV2354, but I will ask. Regards, Ron M…
