Whoever was responsible for creating the TLV342 TINA macro certainly did not put any effort into drawing a proper symbol for it! There is no excuse for providing a rectangle for an op amp symbol. This is just shoddy work, TI.

Note that "VCC = positive supply" in this post
There is no need to get input range above VCC to get high input impedance for power down. There are many op amps that have this feature however, there is no good way to search for them.
