    Might work, 1. The TLV7211 only goes to 15V supply, not enough here 2. The relatively recent 40V TLV1805 should work, but is $0.26/1k vs. $0.17/1k for the TLV9031 3. The really old TL331B, not sure about that open collector output for both swing…
