I believe that TLV9044 would be a great fit, there is even current stock available in SOIC:
The TLV9042 (2 channel variant) is available under the Design Tools & simulation tab portion of the product page: https://www.ti.com/product/TLV9044#design…
The OPA4348 web page suggests the TLV6004 and TLV9044.
Other alternatives might be possible, but that would require knowing what electrical characteristics you actually need.
If using the TLV9044, then the capacitor will stay the same, but you may decrease the resistor, if still maintaining the 1KSPS sampling rate.

The TLV9044 SOIC tape and reel (TLV9044 has stock on ti.com or on digikey) pin2pin at a lower price point!
