The TLV271-Q1 has a slightly lower slew rate, and a slightly higher offset voltage. Its inputs do not go to the positive rail.
There is no Q1 device that is perfectly compatible with the TLV2371-Q1. (Without Q1, I'd recommend the TLV9151.)
