Our MCAL supports the modules in TMS570LS3135 and TMS570LC4357 devices, but doesn't support RM4x devices.
The latest version MCAL (6.0.0) drivers support AutoSar 4.0.3 and 4.2.2. TI does not charge for those Hercules MCAL releases.

I saw Uniflash and XDS100 might be my best choice. But their supported processor list only includes up to TMS570LS3135. Does not have LS3137.
