The Hi-Z leakage is the same as I off , i.e., 0.6 µA in the worst case.
With you resistor values, low leakage current is more important than low on-resistance; consider an analog switch designed for that, e.g., TMUX1121/2/3.
As Clemens has stated, the current device you have selected works just fine for I2C. Is there a specific feature or electrical specification that the customer is after in their design?
You can access the product page for analog switches and…

When looking for an I3C analog switch / multiplexer it's important to understand some of the specifications of the I3C standard:
2-wire push-pull protocol
Voltage Levels: 1.2V, 1.8V and 3.3V
Frequency*: 12.5MHz max clock.
Max Bus Capacitance: 50pF…
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX1309 The following table helps select th e right multiplexer and switch with Low Voltage VSIGNAL =< 24V in different configurations:
Precision , Protection , Automotive , General Purpose
As the datasheet mentions, when VDD is 5V, the digital control signal need to be higher than 5V*0.7=3.5V to be considered as logic high.
The VIH and VIL specs are the guaranteed input HIGH or input LOW levels.
For an input signal at 5V operation…
Can you explain more on what you mean by the rise time? Are you referring to tON, tOFF, tswitch or propagation delay?
We have TMUX1136 - 2:1 , 2-Channel Precision Switches that has 250 MHz bandwidth.
