  • RE: SN74AUP2G06: Hi-Z Leakage

The Hi-Z leakage is the same as I off , i.e., 0.6 µA in the worst case. With you resistor values, low leakage current is more important than low on-resistance; consider an analog switch designed for that, e.g., TMUX1121/2/3.

  • [FAQ] What Analog Switch / Multiplexer should I use for I3C applications?

    Rami Mooti1
    Rami Mooti1
When looking for an I3C analog switch / multiplexer it's important to understand some of the specifications of the I3C standard: 2-wire push-pull protocol Voltage Levels: 1.2V, 1.8V and 3.3V Frequency*: 12.5MHz max clock. Max Bus Capacitance: 50pF…

  • RE: TS5A2066: Can I continue to use 3.3V for control signal with Vdd = 5V?

    Saminah C
Hi Adam, As the datasheet mentions, when VDD is 5V, the digital control signal need to be higher than 5V*0.7=3.5V to be considered as logic high. The VIH and VIL specs are the guaranteed input HIGH or input LOW levels. For an input signal at 5V operation…
