    Hello Clemens, I assume you suggest TMUX1121 as single IC for both switches per signal chain? Or you mean 2 switches inside IC are to be done parallel to further reduce RON? Regards, JK

    The Hi-Z leakage is the same as I off , i.e., 0.6 µA in the worst case. With you resistor values, low leakage current is more important than low on-resistance; consider an analog switch designed for that, e.g., TMUX1121/2/3.
