Part Number: TMUX7221 Tool/software: Hello,
Ton and Toff time is nearly 200ns, is that bigger for 45MHz bandwidth.
How many MHz signal pass through mux?
Best Regards.
Part Number: TMUX7221 Hi,
we are using in out design a couple of TMUX7221 devices. The device is not behaving as expected, Fron the table below pin 6 is assigned to SEL1 and pin 7 to SEL2.
The device behaviour follows the pin assignment depicted in the…
You can use any switch that supports these voltages.
Two-channel 1:1 switches with ±8 V support are the TMUX6221 and TMUX7221; the latter supports higher voltages, which you do not need.
According to the functional block diagram, the current flows out of the OUT/REF pins, so you should be able to disconnect them with switches like the TMUX1511 or TMUX1112.
To disconnect the IN pins instead, you would need high-voltage switches like the…
Argh - I've put in two sample requests now: one for the TMUX6221 and one for the TMUX7221 but they've both been cancelled. How can I get these parts to test?
Thanks,
Derek
